Use of Our Services
5 Star Energy provides Title 24 energy compliance reports, HERS ratings, energy calculations, and related consulting services for projects in California and, where offered, nationwide. You agree to provide accurate project information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. Deliverables are prepared based on the information and plans you supply; changes to a project after a report is issued may require a revised report at additional cost.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from 5 Star Energy related to your project, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

While we prepare all reports and calculations in good faith and in accordance with applicable California energy codes, we do not warrant that a governing authority will approve any submission. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable building codes and permit requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5 Star Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
